I came second! (out of three)

The duck was as you see it below,  but good!

The seabass was placed on top of the new potatoes which had been put in a ring and crushed slightly, and it was mange tout rather than fine beans. I had a bigger fish as well, that I had to gut, scale and fillet :/ Looked impressive though and got me kudos points.

The dessert was on a square plate, the coulis came out much better, thicker and a better colour.

I won a book voucher, much better than the prize for first (a knife)
