I would like to introduce you to my newest creation.

For class I had to create my own bread, to make and present in my final exam this Friday. After some playing and tinkering I have what I believe to be the winning formula.

It still needs a few tweaks, mostly in presentation, and I’m contemplating upping the meat and using less salt.

But for now, may I present to you
