250g AP Flour 1tsp Baking Powder 165g Sugar 2tbsp Cocoa Powder 125ml Milk 1tsp Vanilla 30g Butter, Melted 150g Brown Sugar 25g Cocoa Powder 430ml Water, Boiling Temperature 350F/180C 9×11 Serving Dish Mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa.
