6oz Starter
17oz Bread Flour
10oz Water
3oz Raw Wheat Germ
1.5tsp Sea Salt

Temperature 450F

Mix the starter, bread flour, water and wheat germ until combined.
Leave to sit for 10 minutes.
Add the salt and knead until fully developed.
Place in a greased bowl to ferment.
Knock back, shape on a greased (or lined with cornmeal) tray.
Leave to proof.

You can dust this loaf with flour before baking if you desire.
