1 Packet Chocolate Chip Cookies
2-3oz Butter, Melted
500g Chocolate, Melted
3oz Sugar
200g Mascarpone
200g Plain Yoghurt
240ml Cream, Lightly Whipped

8″ Round tin

Crush the cookies and mix with the butter, press firmly into the base of the pan.
Cream together the sugar and mascarpone.
Stir in the chocolate and yoghurt.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Pour onto base, smooth the top.
Chill overnight.
