I came second! (out of three)

The duck was as you see it below,  but good!

The seabass was placed on top of the new potatoes which had been put in a ring and crushed slightly, and it was mange tout rather than fine beans. I had a bigger fish as well, that I had to gut, scale and fillet :/ Looked impressive though and got me kudos points.

The dessert was on a square plate, the coulis came out much better, thicker and a better colour.

I won a book voucher, much better than the prize for first (a knife)

It was the rehearsal for our end of year competition today.. It didn’t go too badly

Everything came out ok, and the only adjustments that need making are minor (presentation of the main course, making the raspberry coulis thicker etc)
